A yin yoga & sound healing experience.

Saturday, June 20th 6:30pm - 8:30pm. Dee will guide you through a two hour experience, including slow flow into expansive yin postures, sound healing, and a luxurious sound bath. Bring your own yoga mat, and anything else that helps you feel cozy (pillow, stuffed animal, blanket) as you drift into our healing space.

This first time price of $40, because wellness should be accessible!
