Flying High was born in 1996 after Jeff and Lynn Mills traveled around the world, stopping in 13 different countries. For 2 1/2 years, the couple's lifestyle became boots and back packs. As young, adventurous individuals, they began collecting and absorbing all things textiles. Their collection of worldly treasures expanded with every country they visited. The couple began sending trinkets to family and friends back home in Chicago - this sparked a revelation, as they purchased more products with the intention of reselling in the USA. 🇺🇸

While backpacking in the Annapurna Range in Nepal (literally on top of the world), Jeff and Lynn came up with the name Flying High.

It came from they way they felt at that time; Their hearts, ambition, creativity, emotions, were soaring - they were Flying High so it was printed on Hemp business cards with the Flying High label and 
butterfly hang tags and they went to work.



The couple were Married in Nepal and while honeymooning they formulated the current Business Plan - Buy cool things from Honest and Trustworthy craftsman pay them fairly for better quality and resell them back in the USA to
